Physical wellness begins in our fitness areas, but doesn't always end there.

Beginning with a personal assessment, our full-time Fitness Coordinator advises, designs, and guides you through a tailor made program to optimize your physical well-being. Three settings are a popular stop for staying fit.  State of the art compressed air Keiser equipment, as well as Scifit, NuStep, and True cardio machines are available in our training room. Down the hall, a full week of exercise classes to suit the beginner, as well as the expert, are offered in our exercise room. The indoor aquatics center offers a gorgeous setting for lap swimming or relaxing in the whirlpool.

Our wellness journey continues in other ways. Canoeing on the Eno, Volk's walking in the countryside, rousing table tennis, croquet, dance classes, Yoga and Tai Chi add variety and adventure. To explore the latest advancements in the health and wellness world, we draw upon the resources of our area universities and medical centers to offer on site programs and lectures that cover a broad range of leading edge exercise and health topics.
