We employ over 260 people in full and part-time positions. Opportunities in service to our residents are in the areas of Activities (Activities Assistant, Activities Coordinator, Fitness Coordinator, Transportation), Administration (Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Front Desk Receptionist), Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist, Payroll, Controller, IT), Marketing (Marketing Associates), Dining Services (Café Servers, Cooks, Diet Aides, Dining Supervisors, Prep Cooks, Sous Chef, Utility Workers, Waitstaff), Facility Services (Housekeepers, Security Officers, Maintenance Personnel), Health Services (Admissions Coordinator, CNAs, Fitness Coordinator, LPNs, Medical Technicians, RNs, Restorative Aides, Social Workers), and Human Resources (Human Resources Assistant).
Employment is contingent upon a negative substance screen, and criminal background check. The Forest is a Tobacco Free Employer. All new Forest employees hired are required, as a condition of employment, to receive an annual influenza vaccine and to enroll in the Payroll Direct Deposit Program. Employees may choose any qualified financial institution to receive the Payroll Direct Deposit. The Forest's payroll banking service is provided through Wachovia which offers an onsite location available to Forest employees. Several checking account options are available.
